The Embassy of the Republic of Ghana in Doha has directed all Ghanaian citizens residing in the State of Qatar to register with the mission as part of contingency arrangements amid regional security concerns.
In an official notice dated 2 March 2026, the Embassy stated that the registration exercise will enhance its capacity to communicate with and support Ghanaian nationals, including coordinating assistance or evacuation measures should circumstances require.
Students, workers, families and visitors of Ghanaian nationality in Qatar are requested to submit their details via an online form provided by the mission.
The Embassy assured registrants that all information supplied will be treated with strict confidentiality and used exclusively for emergency and consular purposes.
Further updates will be communicated through the Embassy’s official channels as necessary.
