TTRO has appointed Ari Sengupta as its new Chief Executive Officer as the global human capability group enters its next phase of international growth.
The leadership announcement marks a significant milestone for the company as it formalises its position as a global human capability business serving governments, enterprises, development finance institutions and academic organisations.
At the same time, founder Kirsty Chadwick will take on the newly created role of Chief Vision Officer, where she will focus on expanding TTRO’s international footprint, identifying new markets and partnerships, and shaping the company’s long-term strategic direction.
A new chapter for TTRO
TTRO has grown from an e-learning company into a business focused on human capability development, helping organisations build workforce readiness, address skills shortages and deliver capability programmes at scale.
The company combines business strategy, learning strategy, instructional design, AI-enabled technology platforms and measurable outcomes to support organisations looking to strengthen workforce performance.
The appointment of a new CEO reflects TTRO’s evolution into a business operating at the intersection of human capital development, organisational transformation and technology.
Leadership for international growth
Based in the United Kingdom, Ari Sengupta brings executive leadership experience across multiple industries and international markets, with extensive knowledge of Africa, one of TTRO’s fastest-growing regions.
He will lead the company’s global operations and client relationships as demand for large-scale capability development continues to grow.
“Kirsty has built an organisation with genuine depth, real relationships, and a track record of delivery in some of the most demanding environments in the world. The size of the opportunities this brings is exciting and I am looking forward to working with the team to build further to deliver on that potential,” says Sengupta.
Founder focuses on future vision
After nearly two decades leading the business, Chadwick will now concentrate on shaping TTRO’s future growth while continuing to represent the organisation’s vision globally.
“We’ve always been bigger in our thinking than the industry that tried to define us. TTRO has grown beyond our start as an e-learning company, and evolved into an end-to-end human capability business,” she says.
“That distinction matters enormously, for the clients we attract, the problems we solve, and the impact we make. Ari taking the CEO role means I can focus on what I love most: building the future of this business, finding the partnerships and markets where we can add the most value, and ensuring TTRO’s vision keeps growing ahead of what we’ve already built.”
Supporting organisations at scale
TTRO delivers capability uplift programmes across complex, multi-country and multilingual environments.
Its integrated approach combines capability advisory services, bespoke learning content, technology platforms and Learning as a Service, allowing organisations to work with a single partner throughout the capability development process, from needs analysis to measurable outcomes.
With operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as a growing presence in the United Kingdom, TTRO says the leadership changes position the business for continued international expansion.
